All Olympic floats are constructed of high-grade steel frames and all panels and mudguards are constructed of zinc anneal panels. Galvanised sections are utilised when possible.

Axles are duraflex and brakes are available in electric or hydraulic configuration (no additional charge)

Roof bows are galvanised and floats are fitted with a fibreglass roof and a unique spring loaded fold away jockey wheel. The floats are vinyl etch primed and painted – (three coats are applied)

25mm Hardwood timber is used for the flooring. This provides tremendous strength and a solid base on which the horses can stand. Spring-loaded breeching doors are attached and heavy-duty vinyl coated padding is placed on the interior walls, chest rails and breeching doors

Rubber mats are placed loosely onto the timber floor and can be removed at any time to facilitate ease of cleaning the float. Rubber mats are glued and sealed on the tailgate. If optional rubber walls are fitted, floor mats are glued and sealed. Doors, windows (depending on model) and accessories are then added

Optional accessories available on our floats include rotary or pop up vents, higher stone guard, rubber curtain, trotting hooks, extra access door (if not already included depending on model) rubber walls, rug racks and many more.
